Honey and Ginger Prawns with Broccoli

Australians and prawns. it’s just Yummy! It’s your time to spoil yourself with some Ginger Spice in your life! A simple and tasty after work whip up to feed the frenzy family.

Honey and Ginger Prawns with Broccoli

Serves 4



500g Medium Fresh Prawns – peeled and deveined

30ml Monte Rosso Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

10g Salt

2 Tablespoon Chilli flakes

3 Cloves minced Garlic

¼ Yellow Onion

2 Teaspoon ground ginger

1 Tablespoons Honey

2 teaspoons of sesame seeds

200g Broccoli




Grab your Broccoli tree and cut into pieces, place a medium pot of water and place on high. Put your broccoli in and boil. Keep an eye on it, When Broccoli is ready, drain and prepare on plates

On your stove, heat up the Olive oil and Chilli flakes in a large pan over medium heat.

Place in your onion, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds and salt Cook and stir to combine well. And the honey and mix until sticky.

Add the prawns, and stir in until cooked.


Serve on with or on the Broccoli.

Drizzle Monte Rosso to enhance the flavour of the prawns.
