Finger licking lemon chicken with Bravoleum Purple

This heavenly dish is great to share with the whole family, plate it up with a wholesome green salad and the whole family will be happy.


Serves 4 people



4 x Chicken Maryland’s skin on

¼ cup of Bravoleum Purple

Juice of a large lemons

1 x whole lemon sliced

4 x cloved of garlic

4 x sprigs of rosemary

1 x tbp. Smoked Paprika

1 x tsp. Salt flakes

1 x tsp. Cracked pepper


To serve

Green salad

Baked potato



Place your Maryland’s in a large bowl and cover in ½ your Bravoleum Purple, lemon juice, lemon slices, garlic, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt & pepper. Give everything a good mix and ensure it’s all covered, place covered in the fridge for up to 3 hours.


Heat your BBQ or griddle plate to a medium heat and cover with the rest of your Bravoleum purple. Place you chicken down and cook on each side for around 10 minutes. Pull apart at the thickest point to ensure it’s cooked through and voilà, finger licking lemon chicken for the whole family!
